Community Partnership Fund

Morelife and Sheffield City Council are inviting voluntary and community sector organisations across Sheffield to apply for funding to deliver community-led weight management and healthy lifestyle support within their local communities.

The Community Partnership Programme was developed to improve access to compassionate, culturally responsive and community-based support for people who may not traditionally engage with standard Tier 2 weight management services.

We recognise that communities are best supported by trusted organisations that understand local needs, cultures, barriers and strengths. This programme aims to support community organisations to deliver flexible and accessible approaches while maintaining high-quality, evidence-informed practice.
