Our 12-week programme will help you to lose weight and improve your health and wellbeing. Each programme lasts for 60 minutes, with your first session having a 30-minute drop-in window for new starters to ask questions and share goals.
Each week you’ll focus on a different topic, these range from learning about nutrition and portion sizes to understanding the importance of sleep.

Submit your information
To begin, complete our online referral form. This is the quickest and simplest way to join. If you have any difficulty with this, send us an email or give us a call.
Complete a short questionnaire
Once we have your details, you'll receive an email or text for a quick questionnaire. We'll need some basic information like your name, contact details, preferences, and health background.
Choose your session
After the questionnaire, you'll receive an email or text to select your preferred day and time for your sessions, so it fits your schedule. Our groups are available in person at multiple locations across Camden & Islington. They are also available online in the morning and evening, Monday to Friday.
Receive your start date
We'll send you your start date and all the details you need ahead of your first session.
We aim to get everyone started within 3 weeks of referral. Please refer only when you’re ready to join a group and remember to respond to the questionnaire promptly to avoid delays.

Marc’s Story
