12 weeks of support
Take part in one session each week for 12 weeks.
Sessions last approximately 60–90 minutes and are delivered in small, supportive groups.
Join in person or online
Choose between face-to-face groups, virtual sessions and digital one-to-one check-ins.
Your circumstances can change, so you will be able to move between different ways of taking part during the programme.

You will not be expected to follow a restrictive diet or complete activities that are unsuitable for your health or ability.

Support For Young People
Our young people’s programme is designed for people aged 14–17 and will use age-appropriate information, activities and support.
The focus will be on:

- Enjoyable and appropriate physical activity
- Motivation and personal goals
- Support that reflects the young person’s needs and circumstances
We will clearly explain how the programme works and what involvement may be needed from a parent, carer or supporting professional.

- Aged 18 and over
- Live in Ealing
- BMI of 25 or above (or BMI of 23 or above for BAME background)*
Young People
- Aged between 14 and 17
- Live in Ealing
- Your height and weight meet the NHS joining rules**
