Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality healthy lifestyle and weight management programmes for children, young people, and families, using the Morelife curriculum to support positive behaviour change and the achievement of SMART goals.
- Engage, support, and communicate with participants and stakeholders, including parents, schools, school nurses, healthcare professionals, community organisations, and referrers, ensuring effective recruitment, participation, and ongoing engagement throughout the programme.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service performance, including monitoring participant progress, collecting feedback, managing data in line with GDPR requirements, and supporting the achievement of contractual KPIs and service targets.
- Ensure safe, professional, and effective programme delivery by adhering to safeguarding and child protection policies, managing programme resources and equipment, and promoting the values, aims, and objectives of Morelife UK.

- Experience delivering behaviour change, healthy lifestyle, or weight management interventions, with the ability to support individuals in achieving positive health outcomes.

- Strong organisational, administrative, and IT skills, including experience coordinating tasks, maintaining accurate records, and using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- A Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area, together with a Level 3 Personal Training, Exercise Referral qualification, or equivalent.
- Experience delivering healthy lifestyle, physical activity, weight management, or behaviour change interventions, including working with children, families, and individuals with complex needs.
