About the Role:
The Client Service Advisor will work as part of the Client Services Team and will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to each client, giving that personal touch to ensure they feel valued and respected. The role will involve providing administrative support to the wider client services team, ensuring data is managed and kept up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a client-focused service within a supportive and busy team environment.
- Manage all correspondence with clients and stakeholders via phone, email, and chat.
- Ensure timely contact with clients at agreed touchpoints during their service.
- Perform data entry, updating records and databases for personnel and health information.
- Maintain accurate system updates.
- Handle proactive phone calls on behalf of health lifestyle services.
- Manage administrative tasks related to referrals from healthcare professionals.
- Support applications and referrals to programs.
- Assist in creating case studies for program participants.
- Proactively reach out to clients who did not attend or complete the program.
- Issue and manage the Net Promoter questionnaire for service user feedback.
- Utilise motivational interviewing techniques during client interactions.
- Be flexible with working hours as needed.
- Support the wider client services team and handle ad hoc duties.
- Maintain high accuracy in all tasks, demonstrating excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong literacy and numeracy skills, effective record-keeping, and the ability to work sensitively with diverse individuals.
- Take initiative, multitask, and work independently while being a collaborative team player.

As part of our team, you will be a member of the primary contact team assisting clients in starting their journey with MoreLife UK and managing the data as part of the referral process into services for the whole of MoreLife UK, alongside the client journey. What we are looking for:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Client Services Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
Experience of handling calls both incoming and outgoing.
Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent inclusive of Maths and English
NVQ Level 3 in administration (Desirable)
Previous experience of working as an administrator
Excellent IT skills, with a working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
Demonstrable experience within an administrative role.
Experience of handling inbound & outbound calls, emails & web chat ideally within the health sector.
At least 1 year experience working in a busy office environment, ideally within an administrative role.
Working/liaising with a wide range of people effectively with sensitivity and authority.

Key Responsibilities:
- Line manage a team of practitioners, providing hands-on coaching, performance management, and day-to-day support
- Lead the planning and scheduling of group sessions and team rotas, ensuring delivery coverage and resource efficiency
- Support logistics including room bookings, appointment planning, and coordination with internal teams
- Monitor team performance across key KPIs (e.g. attendance, weight loss, retention), identifying areas for development and escalating areas of improvement to the Practitioner Manager.
- Conduct regular 1:1s to set goals around KPIs , address challenges, and keep the team aligned and motivated
- Escalate safeguarding concerns, delivery risks, or quality issues to the Practitioner Manager, where necessary.
- Lead on data accuracy by ensuring practitioners are entering complete and timely records and flagging any gaps or issues
- Drive “on-the-ground” service improvement by gathering insights and feedback from practitioners and clients
- Support onboarding and induction of new practitioners, including buddying, training access and integration into team culture.
