OneLife Suffolk is a partnership between Leeds Beckett University and Morelife, commissioned by Suffolk County Council. Our head office is based in Ipswich and we have offices in Lowestoft and Bury St Edmunds with services that cover the county.

We have been made aware of an issue where some people have experienced difficulties contacting the OneLife Suffolk service. This is due to reduced capacity in the service, including staff sickness. We have now provided additional resources to ensure that they are able to receive and respond to calls and emails.

We are continuing to take referrals for smoking cessation and adult weight management through Slimming World, however referrals to all other services have now ended. Any new referrals will be supported as part of transitional arrangements for the new Feel Good Suffolk service, which starts from 1 October 2023.
