Each week you’ll focus on a different topic, these range from learning about nutrition and portion sizes to understanding the importance of sleep.

  • Free access to our digital progamme which has additional resources like recipes, fitness videos as well as a food diary and physical activity planner to help you track your progress

After the questionnaire, you’ll receive an email or text to select your preferred day and time for your sessions, so it fits your schedule. Our groups are available in person at multiple locations across Camden & Islington. They are also available online in the morning and evening, Monday to Friday.

Receive your start date

We’ll send you your start date and all the details you need ahead of your first session.
