staff development

At MoreLife we’ve been helping people to achieve healthy lifestyles for over 20 years.  We wouldn’t be where we are today without the hard work of our expert team.

A fundamental part of what makes us, us, is our belief in people.  We want to help our staff reach their full potential.  We offer internal development opportunities to allow individuals to grow during their time with us.

Here you’ll find some stories from our staff and how their time at MoreLife has allowed them to develop and reach their career goals.

GRACE SHIPLEE
Contract Manager
Central Bedfordshire, Bedford Borough and Milton Keynes

Grace has worked with MoreLife for six years.  She began her time with us as an Adult Weight Management Practitioner in 2016.  Now she is the Contract Manager for Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes.

MoreLife funded her PhD, which focused on Obstetric Weight Management.  This helped her to develop MoreLife’s OWM programmes that we use in three contracts.
