||DescriptionMoreLife have been commissioned to provide the Tier 3 Specialist Weight Management service in the Greater Manchester area, and this is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the delivery of a service incorporating a mixed clinical approach. The service offers a comprehensive multi-disciplinary team approach, combining specialist dietetics, clinical and health psychology, medical approaches to weight loss and links to local services. The post holder will work alongside a Triage Nurse Specialist as part of the triage function and in close co-operation with the Client Services team to assess and triage clients waiting for service intervention.

||DescriptionThe role will provide administrative support and proactive telephone communication to deal with referrals coming into the MoreLife Weight Management service, booking clients onto programmes, dealing with enquires and efficiently handling the associated administration. The role will also include business communications with external healthcare organisations who refer clients and are otherwise involved in the weight management pathway.
